OK smart boy. Name those two companies a day that are no longer reporting diluted shares via the Treasury Stock Method.

by the way, since you don't appear competent to figure this out by yourself........adopting FASB Statement No.123 means they are no longer use the "treasury stock method" and instead are going with a "fair value method of reporting"...."Black-Scholes option valuation method for ESO's" is an example of a "fair value" method of reporting... both methods perfectly legal under GAAP. but the fair value method under SFAS 123 is a much better way to account for stock options.... and many companies are waking up to what shareholders are demanding..... transparency in earnings reports..... not just in SEC filings.......
