Geez! What a market. The last time I looked Verizon was up $1.85 to $32.05. That was around 3:15 PM or so. Explain that. Of course it's way off its closing high of $69.5 of years gone by .... once upon a time when telephone companies looked like they might have something in this Internet world. Even in the early part of June it was in the $40's ......and as far as LUCENT today....why have we been sitting for hours at around $1.73 a share. Will we see a rally at the end of the day?
