Iso - nice link. However, that interview need some more DD.
Many facts have been posted over the last year on the web, but the article also contains speculations.
Difficult to sift between facts and hear-says.

Best known secret is the "secret" agreement by which countries have to collateralize all their assets in order to receive any help from the IMF. Which help serves to finance fake or expensive investments. No IMF monies ever reach the local economy.
