GW, Re: "I have heard horror stories about DOA computers and horrible service from people that I know or have met." I have purchased two different DELL systems and these all arrived on schedule and turned on immediately. I have also used their technical support and was very pleased. Previously, I had purchased my systems from Gateway. I switched to DELL when I used Gateways technical support and could only reach a voice-mail system that hung up on me. Make It So, Yousef
