Per, Yes. I remember Horst Manneback. I asked Boonen about him and all he said was that he was with Zurich Holding Co. which is tied in somehow with Patroclos. He didn't say anything good or bad about him. I still can't find anything (phone, address, existance) on Patroclos or Zurich Holding. I don't know if you remember but I e-mailed Elders Finance about Kevin Maloney . They returned my mail saying they did a search for him in their human resources dept. and came up with nothing. Dr. Stamm?? I think the people to talk to are UPR. I just don't know if they would answer any questions about him at this point. I still can not find one person that will say yes the sounder works or no it doesn't. I have had no problem finding people that claim every one else is a crook but themself. I can tell you this as fact. There is a state in the USA called Colorado. Does it have oil?? I don't Know! Good luck searching, Bob
