Since your response indicates you are absolutely certain you know that Rubin did something illegal, surely you can tell us precisely and concisely what it was, and what law was violated. With such a high degree of certainty, it shouldn't take you more than a few moments, and will save me trying to contact some ambiguous cloud of Enron employees and shareholders.

BTW, have you told what you know to the authorities in New York so they can run out and arrest him?
