Charles, do you believe Rubin's relationship with Citigroup and Enron started when Rubin became a stick figure Chairman for C?....That phone call is indicative of the kind of actions the previous administration was condoning and used to taking.....How many companies did Secretary Rubin "keep in business" just long enough for the execs to get out rich before the house crumbled? HMMMM? . .
