Don,
having never experienced such a bear market before, I
am lost to make any predictions.
I don't see convincing volume yet except perhaps with biotechs. The rest of the stocks including Calpine would
need to break their downtrends with large volume before I come back. I don't plan to buy the bottom rather will wait
for breaks through overhead resistance.

I cannot estimate the damage caused by lack of
integrity of CEO's but expect large volatility
as a result and think things will base for a while before
we go anywhere. I will watch how biotechs behave to
judge when risk capital is convinced to put money to work.
Having experienced a painful lesson from following popular
myths, I am watching technicals much more closely now instead of listening to conference calls or analyst opinions. Cheers
