I don't see what you're seeing with the MACD on the COMPX using livecharts. However, Velo's ewave count coincides with your bearish view. He thinks the COMPX rally from the low is corrective and we've just finished wave 5 of 3 of C.

If both of you are correct, the COMPX may have new lows coming. At the very least, retest the recent low.
