Steven re: action has not always worked as desired. The same can be said of inaction. I am all pro-action. It is just our position / message should be very clear. If we say that terrorism would not be tolerated we should not tolerate it. If we leave the room for interpretation in our message then it is guaranteed that someone will misinterpret it. The example is recent condemnation of Israel by UN security council, including US. What kind of war on terrorism we have if we are protecting terrorists. What kind of message does it send out..... -Albert
