Does anyone know why Qcom is trading down this morning pre market? Also, from a TA perspective, is it reasonable to say that Qcom has put in a base here? It has held between 25-30 the past month or so during a very volitle period. I am thinking of averaging down and selling calls. The Earnings from Qcom seemed encouraging. Why did it not get much of a pop (forgetting CNBC coverage). Did Jacobson sign off yet on their numbers?? Steve D.
