It's only competitor is Quark... This is only true in layout applications, chaz. Often there will be challenges to PShop. Macromedia is a viable contender to ADBE when it comes to Web applications. WRT Quark, it seems that Quark's latest entry, Verison 5.0 is being less than enthusiastically received. I can't understand why ADBE doesn't make hay (increase marketing efforts of InDesign) while the sun's up. I'm a great fan of ADBE, but it seems they like to rest on their laurels too often, and as a result, their stock seems to languish.
