ADVP an ODOD? Story is not new, bounced off $17, now $18.16
Still not good news but since it's not really new info, I believe it is overdone. Some feel it is the work of an overly ambitious prosecutor trying to make a name for himself. Watching...

This Market is full of all sorts of surprises. ADBE below $20 with a big warning, NVDA with a huge warning, etc. It still is a market that makes it questionable to "buy and hold" or even "short and hold".

Agree. Just read article - what is the story? Company does not want to be bullied by overagressive prosecutor. If anything ridiculously low price already factors in any potential issues - if there are any.

:29 ET ADVP AdvancePCS cut to Neutral at First Albany as co returns to spotlight (22.42) -- Update --
First Albany downgrades to NEUTRAL from Strong Buy based on the lack of full disclosure and near-term volatility firm expects following this morning's WSJ article that returns the spotlight to Attorney General Sheehan and his specific interaction with ADVP over the last couple of yrs. While there is marginal new material in the article (assuming it is factually correct), it does raise some mgmt issues. Why were the numerous back-and-forths with the government not disclosed in its 10-k filings?

PS - see the bolded area? I find that an interesting editorial since some WSJ story have NOT been factual lately or have been very slanted. The ESST story was ridiculous.
