My gauge of the bottom closing in was this: We would need to see companies that are monopolist capitalist as for example: Telcos Baby Bells and oil companies. Once thos companies start to bringing out the bad news, then the bottom is on sight. Yes it is on sight now: Why? Just look to today's news about Shell and Verizon. Bottom will be hit between last week of September second week of October. This doesn't mean it is way up from there on. It just mean that the bottom has been hit.
