Dale, Wow! What a drop in the dollar index. Lets see if it can sustain any bounce here. It was really strong for a while..thanks in part to some intervention.

I doubt the international investors will want to put money into the US stocks/bonds given how bad the economic numbers have been. Maybe the realization is setting in that the US is just another place to invest and not necessarily the safest. That is probably important because of how so much of the world has dollar reserves..making it possibly a bubble.
