Ken, your analyst did not rate WMT as a buy! Why not? It also mentions "on plan". Who's plan? The fact remains, WMT is struggling to grow at 11%, and 11% growth does not justify current valuations. Walmart used to never reduce prices. They were always "priced right". It was part of their strategy to reduce the costs associated with price changes, not to mention the actual revenue impact. That report you posted is loaded with caution. Good Trading. LF
