Tutt, Tax breaks increase consumer spending, which causes industry to increase production. More production, creating profits, cause more tax revenues. At worst it is an even break. At best it increases the revenue of the nation, and adds to the gross national product. That is real economics, not making claims that cannot be substantiated.
