So how many options will the CEO issue for himself at these levels? Accounting issues appears to be making headway, now we have to look at appropriate compensation without all of these golden parachutes. Sorry for being cynical, but SEBL announced a similar buyback (I know this release suggests they are commencing the buyback now) after Sept 11, and it may provide a floor for insiders to sell without affecting the share price as much.
