Ted, Re: <the debt load is $60 billion and TYC is still under investigation.>

I'd have guessed it was less than half that after they cut CIT loose.

TGP, sorry, you're right........I hadn't checked the updates on the June balance sheet...........ST/LT liabilities are now $26 billion with total liabilities at $43 billion. They have $2.8 billion in cash.

All of this is better but in TYCO's case, do you think better means good? I am banking on some more bad news which may or may not happen. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Anyhow, good luck. You're up $0.20+/share so far.

There is no joy in Mudville playing against another player. ;~((

A heads up on CVU.......there are a couple of gaps as in fill the gaps.....the big one is at $5.8. I plan to buy more there.

What are you going to do about NVDA? I am tempted but mgmt was so blatant in their lying I had Ten and Andreas ready to lynch me for my negativity. <g>

Did I tell you to check out ITRI......they are a WA state firm and are doing well. They just suffered some downgrades that I think may have been inappropriate.
