Hi all; Midterm elections are coming up in the US. Anyone have any predictions on how the House or Senate will change, and what consequences that will have on American foreign policy?

P.S. By "prediction" I am hoping for more than simply another semi-infinite collection of moralistic justifications for one side or the other, but instead expected numbers in terms of seats exchanged, and what effects that will have on the administration's foreign policy.
