Rails... about bottom fishing, I guess if you've got the stomach for it - great! The BK in the American Utilities sector is as probably as close as you can get to a no-brainer, there's special interest from both business and the political establishment to see the financing get resolved, but bottom fishing with a foreign company like PGO is a different story.

About Cumberland... no new news from what I can tell -- they're still scheduled to drill 70 more holes. FWIW going by past successes from this exploration gang I'm sure they'll be able to up the reserve count enough to finance a 10 year mining operation.

BTW, If you've got a little cash that's burning a hole in your pocket you might want to take a position in Western Copper (if you haven't already) - Mr Winter just wrote a new post (rant?) on it - which I agree 100% on. I'm still long here and I haven't sold a share.
