(MSFT) co-founder Bill Gates holds 8.6 percent of theme park operator Six Flags Inc. (PKS) , according to a filing on Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Gates, one of the world's richest men, holds more than 8 million common shares through his investment vehicle, Cascade Investment LLC, it added. The passive investment filing did not say when the shares were purchased or at what prices. The 13G document came after the close of normal market trading. Six Flags shares dropped 16 cents to close at $14.86 on the New York Stock Exchange.
