I've already told you that traditional standards and requirements for teachers would be acceptable. Under such a system openly homosexual teachers would not be hired and those hiding the fact would not promote a gay agenda if they wanted to remain employed. Needless to say, no system can be based on mind reading. That said, my school of thought has lost the public debate, so what do you care what I think about the matter anyway? Additionally, I find state of affairs on the subject in schools depressing and I'm tired of talking about it.
