As we have talked about before, Treas bonds will be the next bomb we feel. The bubbleheads mistakenly assume that since the rest of the world will be in a recession foreigners will not sell bonds since there are no other options for their money. Eventually they will realize gold is an alternative, always has been and always will be.

On another note, Larry Kudlow was on CNBC campaigning for another rate cut. He said he would like to see gold go to $350 to confirm adequate liquidity has been injected into the system. The more I read the more I think the overwhelming debt of the consumer is going to prevent a reinflation and result in deflation.
