So Dow and S&P then? You'll need banks to run hard for the latter.

I would be interested to hear your analysis of why you see this. I see nothing to change my view from after the day of the big Dow ramp:
60-65% confidence non-tech heading to new lows
90-90% confidence tech is headed to new low
