It will be interesting to see how long the rates stay this low. You have to think the Fed/PPT will try and fight foreign selling (how I don't know) in order to keep real estate alive. I personally would enjoy refinancing if mortgage rates drop below 6%.
I guess we could get 0 rates like Japan but then no banks would lend.
