Mark: Not a million shares, but something. Here's news of the latest buyback. Apparantly CSYI management is determined to do something about the low share price. These share buybacks, especially when CSYI is selling a lesss than real book, will eventually have some effect.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill., July 14 (Reuter) - Circuit Systems Inc said it plans to repurchase up to an additional 100,000 shares of its common stock.
The purchases will be made at the market price either on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, said the printed circuit board maker.
"Earlier this year the board authorized the repurchase of up to 250,000 shares, of which 248,000 shares were repurchased.
There are approximately 5,100,000 shares outstanding," Circuit Systems said.
