My point is that the strength we are seeing in home and auto sales will continues for a while

My guess is that Q2 or Q3 will mark a top in the earnings of the homebuilders. A look at the abysmal action in the builders lately (TOL, LEN, BZH, CTX, to name a few) says the bubble has popped.
