One other thing, just real quick: Somebody who doesn't have much money to invest might buy a lottery ticket here. This Saddam guy is a nut, so let's say he blows up his oil rigs so the "West" doesn't get them. Didn't they do that in Kuwait? So, it could happen. Boots & Coots is a penny stock. Traded on the curb. What the heck? PB
