And so tonight, I want to write about the confluence of certain societies, their experiences, their pasts.. And why they do not have a "knee jerk reaction" to the selfishness of others.
I have Scandinavian ancestors, One side Swedish, the other side Finnish, (or "half finnished" as Mary lovingly says) I am so proud of both, so proud, But tonight,
I am going to talk of the Finns,, So Proud.. So Independent.. So Kind..So Tough . So Understanding..But So Honest.. that they were the ONLY ones that paid a war debt to the the U.S. WHY:
Because they were the ONLY ones to FIGHT OFF the Russians, Had the COURAGE to do so..when the Russians as an Allied power invaded THEM, And became as such, an enemy of the Allies.
They had no bone to pick, with the US, but the good people they were they paid THAT debt, my parents and grandparents helped from here. Sending care packages, etc..to their relatives there.... Because of some ruling.. And I know of none other country that did so..
And so like the " Village Blacksmith" "They owe no other man" And individually it is the same. I believe the same. " I owe no other man"..
So PLEASE ..you people, please understand, do not "take our rights away"..The real people love this country ,, that is why I am here..
