There's Queens, even in NY you can find one... For Kings of the above nature we know they had their booms and their busts, and the recovery (see for instance Simeon GotaKoburski or whatever that Bulgarian Simple Simon is called. Not to mention Alexander aka Aco Karadjordjevic) is way off-screen. End of rant
