May soon buy back in on this dip. Hologic (HOLX: news, chart, profile) fell 14 percent after the Bedford, Mass., provider of women's health medical equipment posted third-quarter earnings of $492,000, or 2 cents a share, 2 cents short of the average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Financial/First Call. Revenue rose 6 percent in the latest three months to $47.6 million from $44.9 million in the same period a year earlier.
