Hi Frank,

Added RNWK... heavily into chip stocks (now that they are breaking down)

It is my contention that Greenspan will be forced to lower reserve requirements for the banks which will cause a massive amount of liquidity to flood the system. It is my understanding that that is the most powerful weapon ( & the weapon of last resort & rarely used) in the Fed's arsenal.

Hence, since fear is increasing, GOLD is capped & unable to make new highs... etc etc. Very compelling reason to buy equities.

Currently own RNWK, PMCS, RIMM, ATY.to, YHOO, JNPR, GNSS

We will soon c... all IMHO & I allways reserve the right to be wrong:)

Lowering the reserve requirements for various banks has the same expansionary effect. This move allows banks to make more loans with the deposits it has and thereby stimulates the economy by increasing the money supply.
