Calling EP's Electron sub profits illusory may be a bit harsh, temporary in nature, certainly. Having spent a couple of hours looking at EP's 10k, it is hard to see how the co can claim that Gemstone, et al are minority investments over which they have no control. These all look like shams to me. Looking forward to next weeks news on b/s restructuring (?) hugely. Small short here at 15
