Mephisto, Republicans will surely loose congress
in November. I don't think Republican party types
are aware of this yet. Bush could salvage re-election;
but an absolute requirement is to aggressively jail the Enron
criminals. Bush DOES NOT fully appreciate his jeopardy
yet. I suggest tireless communication with
congress, media, and enforcement branch officials
is required to clarify this fact for the Bushies.
We can get what we really want, imo.

Agree with you that it will be an unnatural sacrifice
for Bush with respect Kenny-boy and his wise-guy friends.
After all, the media outcry with respect to prosecuting
Enron criminals has been pitiful (the idiots have been
otherwise occupied, protesting Martha's peddling of
4,000 shares). Media's lack of vision in this matter has been
an enlightenment for me; Pitt's reluctance to act has been
true to form.

Best,
SAF
