DATEK cheat customer!!!

I was told that the marketable order could not be filled in datek even if it last more than five minutes. I was told. You had a bad luck if it happened to you, datek will do nothing for you. $9.95 is not worth such hussle. So friends, be careful about your account in DATEK.

If you want know the details, please read the following e-mail.
I was called by a lady from DATEK after sending the e-mail. She give me no help although she admitted that my order was marketable for more than five minutes and the high limite order of my friend was partially filled.

Dear Sir/MAdam,

I am an new customer of your company (user ID ni505). This morning before market open (9:15 est), I set a order to sell 1500 shares of PERI at $15 3/4. The open price of PERI is 15 3/4 (bid) and 16 (ask), and trading at this rang for about 10 minutes. My order did not filled even patially.

I have same security in E*trade and the limite order is sell 1000 shares at $16, all of which filled.

One of my friend have same security in your company and he set a limite order to sell at $16. He got patial filled at $16. His user ID is wang1770.

I talked with your customer support (Khris, please refer to the forward e-mail). He told me the order was filled but computer system did updated. I told him I talked with Ana, another customer supporter,
she said no fill. Then, he checked the computer again and said Ana made mistake. The order did filled. However, he sent me the e-mail late and told me he is wrong.

As your company ad said, the maketable order should be filled within 60 seconds. My order should be filled completely since bid price reached 15 7/8 this morning.

Therefore, I send this e-mail to you and demand that my limite order to be filled. I do hope this problem to be solved in time. Otherwise, I have no choice but take other action to protect my interests.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
