There was a 3 point pop the day after the earning release and then it went up all the way to $17ish before coming back down. I was hoping it was going to do it again this time around, but now I'm getting skeptical. I bought in a few weeks back at $13.40 and have been sitting on the shares waiting/hoping for an earnings pop. But now the earnings pop, if we get one, is going to merely allow me to break even. Anyway, I'll sell all my shares next week sometime regardless. Let's hope for the pop. In this climate, even if Cisco reports stellar earnings, it may go down. What's worse is that there seems to be so much pessimism out there in the news about Cisco's earnings and pipeline, that I'm worried about them even making their earnings. Anyway, I guess we'll see on Tuesday.
