How about this for BS frivolous lawsuits? A shareholder in Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO: news, chart, profile) is suing chief executive Martha Stewart, saying she breached her fiduciary duties through involvement in the ImClone Systems insider trading scandal. The suit, brought about by Conrad Hahn, seeks unspecified damages. I bet CNBC will be all over this? Their coverage of the MS incident has been sparse of late....they will do something just so they can splash the scandal banner intro or whatever those little media clips are?
