Lizzie, You're right, but if you note closely it seems the Roach article posted here is a year old, as it uses 2Q, 2001 figures (or at least uses dated data). So Roach was correct for what's happened since, as the sector has had another leg down. Not sure what the applicability of his prediction is now, after another full year of slack IT investment?
