The way I see it, these bombings carry many messages… They are telling both Jewish and non-Jewish foreigners to stay away from Israel… they want to hurt the economy, tourism… they want to give people who are considering immigrating a reason not to do so, and people thinking of Emigrating, yes, a reason to do so… They want to split Israeli Jews and Arabs by telling the Arabs that anyone close to Jews is a target, if they can, they would like to split American Jews and non-Jews… They want to make Israel unattractive and perceived as unlivable… They want to provoke harsh retaliations, war… they think that would be advantageous for their cause.
