I must assume you own shares of MPTT and just noticed you have some new restricted shares in your account. On January 14, 2002 MPTV did a 1 for 10 reverse stock split and at the same time gave a 1 for 1 stock dividend for those that held through January 21st. Those dividend shares are the ones you see in your account and have been restricted since they were issued. The recent SB2 filing on August 1st announced the registration of those shares, along with some other very undesirable share registration. I would guess the divvy shares will become free trading as soon as our brokers get the ok from the sec or whatever it takes when you register restricted shares. Many were guessing that Hurley had something good in store for us right after the SB2 came out and have been watching the news wires relentlessly. But of course nothing has come out and within the week you will no doubt see the share price tank 50% without some good news to back up this devastating SB2.
