They are below the luxury boxes. Thee is a special floor, never any lines in the bathrooms, about 4 different food stations (all good) if you want to eat lunch there. The best thing, of course, no lines for anything. A waitress will get you beer and such when you are sitting in yur seats.

How you get them? Luck of the draw when they first started with the PSLs and seating when the Dome opened.
