Agreed...music was more important then...and so was kick the can, red rover, and any number of other innocent pastimes. Shoot, we even played hopscotch, jacks, and had squirt gun fights...had caps for our toy guns (never could have one if we pointed it at anyone...) Went square dancing with our folks and gangs of kids....had so much fun, and kids today are missing so much by not knowing about these simpler things to do....
