Brian, I forgot to mention, last September, the low in the percentage of semi stocks above their 200 DMA was 3, reaching that number 9/20 and 21, and again on 9/26 and 9/27. This time, therefore, the extreme is even deeper. I am sure you remember the SOX went from around 344 to 642 or so in less than six months (most of the advance, in the first three months).
