I live in a small metro area in the Midwest. I didn't realize that the real estate listings in the newspaper ran on a rotating 3-week basis until I found an agent I was comfortable with. So, for anyone who reads this post, check with your local real estate agent to find out how often your home would be advertised for sale if you decide to sell it. PB
