Stock Position:
After paring back my stock position to about 55% in mid-May at a minor high, I bought back gradually on the way down. The final 12% went in near the recent low. I'm currently 100% invested, but w only about 20% in Nasdaq correlated positions. My leading indicators say that we've started an intermediate term uptrend in the broad Market, but that the Nasdaq will lag significantly. After the next short term Nasdaq rally, I plan to close out my Nasdaq position. (My variable annuity doesn't allow shorting.) Although I lost a fair amount since mid-May, I did some buying at the lower levels and have increased my weighting of dividend paying stocks. I'm not going to make a judgment about whether a new bull market has started, but ideally, will end up with 100% cash somewhere close to the top of the intermediate term rally, sometime in the next few months.
