I just fish a local lake mostly -- been bad this year because we've had so much water. They've just recently got the level down to the pt where it isn't must run 24 hrs a day -- from the lake above. I prefer to wade, but whne they run enough water, it's not an option

I'm no Orvasized master-caster. Just take my fly rod and some olive green woolies and a few different sizes of very small maribou jigs with me. It works -- that's all I care about. I like the solitude of being out at night. Less competition and easy to catch them, too.
