Perhaps, 'it appears that the irrational exuberance is fully tapped out, and we will not be experiencing it again in two generations. My job is completed and well done. Hooray' If cutting interest rate is all it takes to be a central banker, why do we need a central banker? Why not save the compensation package, and just keep interest rate at zero? Chugs, Jay
