We were in imminent danger from Hussein a year ago. We'll be in 'imminent' danger next year when the war starts. Or the year after that. Or during re-election year. Per usual, all the evidence can be summed up as "Trust us, we've got secret decoder rings and a secret handshake and he's about to gas us." No-one needs to convince me he's a thug. But he sure seems like a petty thug who has never attacked the US. Must be the admin has pre-cogs in the pool, defining a fresh right to carry out a pre-crime attack. Now all we need's a truth-in-labelling-babies law that compels all the parents of 17 year old boys to re-name them 'Fresh Meat'. Send them to The Village for a poetry slam, while the Wolfowitz beatnik pounds on the war bongoes in the corner. Cool, daddio. Imminent. Yeah.
