As usual, the WSJ is months late to get the story..... Breaking news? My a$$. This is ancient history. Just like the story about how Dubya called the Foreign Secretary of Argentina in 1988, while his Poppie was President-Elect and tried to strong arm the Argentinian into selling the public gas pipeline system of Argentina to Enron for ten cents on the dollar, and threaten and extorted the Minister by saying that Bush 41 would cut off Argentina's IMF funding if they didn't bend over for Kenny Boy.
